Please note:
Package 1 is ideal for companies that make many long calls. Calls are billed in 30 second increments with a minimum of 60 seconds.
Package 2 is per second billing from the first second and is great for people or businesses that make shorter calls. Although the rates on Package 2 are slightly higher than Package one, overall cost will be decreased when making lots of short calls.
