How long does it take to build my website?
If you are registering a new domain your website should be up and ready in 5 working days. It sometimes takes a little longer with a transferred domain. Online stores will take up to 7 working days.
How long does it take to update my website?
We pride ourselves on fast and efficient service. Generally, your updates will be completed within 24 hours but we like to over deliver.
Is web hosting and domain support included in my managed package?
Yes. You never have to pay extra unless you require more storage, which very seldom happens. Even your annual domain renewals are covered.
Is there any guarantee that my updates will be completed?
Absolutely. We depend on good reviews and testimonials. Most of our business is generated online and through social media so we understand the importance of online reputation.
How do I get listed on the search engines?
Some of our managed plans include basic search engine optimisation which will help to boost your rankings and let you know how you are doing. However, as a part of all of our plans we like to target keywords (the words people would type into Google to find you) in all content that we add to your website.
Can special functionality be added to my website?
Although it is not included in our managed plans we can add extra functionality like events calenders, booking systems, business directories and galleries to your website. Asks us for a quote and you will find our rates very reasonable.
Can I upgrade my management package?
Yes. Drop us an email and we will upgrade you. As valued existing client your upgrade will take effect immediately but you will only be billed on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my packages service requests?
If you do exceed your service requests you can purchase additional requests. However, if your request is not too big we are always happy to help.
